What happens if an item is missing from my parcel
Your package may sometimes contain a missing item, however, all of our packages are examined before they leave our warehouse. Please use the contact form to inform our customer support staff if an item is missing. We look into each situation to determine what happened and provide the lost item to you.
What is your returns policy?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
What time period do I have to return my items?
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
